Yao Lan is a Certified ACTA Trainer. She graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Art in International Studies from East China Normal University, Shanghai. In 2000, she completed her Master of Art in Comparative Literature from Shanghai International Studies University. In 2013, she attained her Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education from Institute of Adult Learning Singapore (IAL). Together, she received training from Virtual Teacher Program from University of California and Training Analysis and Impact Measurement (TAIM) from IAL of Singapore.
